Qualifications, Skills, and Experience : Must-Haves (requirements in bold are mandatory): Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms. Fluency with code management solutions, particularly GIT and CI/CD tools. Proficiency in Bash, Python, and/or Golang, to assist in the maintenance and development of tools that manage a Kubernetes platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems administration experience. Proven track record in providing third-level support and design input in an enterprise environment. Excellent command of English and strong communication skills. Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals. At least five years of relevant work experience. Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory): Experience with automation tools, preferably Ansible Experience with systems monitoring, ideally Prometheus. Logging experience with Grafana Loki. Experience with Ceph Storage and OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF). Broad understanding of ITIL fundamentals and their application in a business environment. Knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, and virtualization environments.
