Conexus are partnered with a global consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice throughout 2025. On that basis, we are searching for a SAP Program Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

As an SAP Program Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage SAP programs from start to finish, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define program objectives, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and integrate multiple project plans.
• Implement program governance processes and manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities and ensure seamless client transitions.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering excellence and alignment with standards.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 12+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in project or program management.
• Proven expertise in full life cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies (certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate are a plus).
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformations and managing distributed teams.
• Familiarity with the Belgian market and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
