Role: ETRM Dev & Support Lead
Location: London - hybrid 3-4 days a week onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETRM Dev & Support Lead to oversee our Level 2 (L2) support team based in London. In this role, you will work closely with new-model Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms- such as Aspect-providing both development and support leadership. You will be responsible for Scripting, coordinating complex escalations to Vendors, and triaging COO-related items escalated by our global monitoring teams.
This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ETRM systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. L2 Team Leadership
Lead and mentor L2 support resources from London office, ensuring efficient ticket handling and timely issue resolution.
Establish and maintain best practices, processes, and standards for support and development tasks.
2. ETRM Development
Oversee and participate in Scripting, Change Management and small-scale development projects for new-model ETRMs (eg, Aspect).
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement customizations or enhancements to support evolving business requirements.
3. Escalation Management
Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues that require escalation to lon (owners of Aspect) or other third-party vendors.
Ensure a clear escalation path is followed, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
1 COO Items & Monitoring Triage
Triage critical COO items escalated by our monitoring teams, prioritizing and delegating tasks within L2 personnel.
Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide timely updates and action plans.
2 Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ETRM systems, interfaces, and scripts.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Significant experience (5+ years) in ETRM support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
