Description:
Role Title: Embedded Software Engineer.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: 3-5 days of work onsite, depending on client activities during this time. They need to be Portsmouth-based.

Candidate must hold an active SC clearance

Your skills and experience
Solid knowledge (5/7 years) of modern C++ software engineering for Linux platforms and experience in working at RF/SDR solutions (modem or similar equipments)
Intel and ARM processors architecture (nice to have: worked at migration from Intel to ARM)
Knowledge of Eclipse CDT (on Linux)
Knowledge of DO 178C software standard (worked at increasing compliance level of existing software)
Basic knowledge of unit and integration test tools (eg Gitlab, Jenkins, Google Test, Robot Framework)
Good knowledge of Atlassian toolset (eg Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
Able to work in Agile or Scrum working environment
