Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Zurich or Geneva (Preference for Zurich)

• Operational management and administration of client and business IT platforms, including patching, updates, vulnerability management, and proactive capacity planning.
• Monitoring and maintaining server application platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Investigating and resolving incidents and problems alongside other IT teams.
• Driving continuous service improvement initiatives to keep IT services current and efficient.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation throughout the system life cycle.

• Degree in an IT-related field.
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Client Server environments, including Windows Server, MS SQL, IIS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policy, Systems Centre, Teams, and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and DNS.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, specifically Azure and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong command of English; German is an asset.

You'll be part of a close-knit team working alongside IT teams locally and globally to implement, support, and manage Microsoft and third-party technologies. The role offers flexibility, with a hybrid working model (typically three days in the office and two days remote).
