Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the successful delivery of technical work packages.
Develop electrical engineering solutions from concept to implementation, meeting project and regulatory requirements.
Design & review HV & MV distribution systems, protection, control, and schematic diagrams.
Conduct system studies including fault level analysis and power flow assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety policies, and best practices.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate projects to ensure seamless execution.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, standards, and engineering methodologies.
Prepare cost estimates for projects and proposals, contributing to future growth.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Strong background in HV & MV electrical design, distribution, protection, and control systems.
Experience in creating & reviewing schematic drawings, single-line diagrams, and fault level reports.
Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP or similar tools).
Ability to specify, select, and procure HV & MV equipment.
Familiarity with European & International Standards and best practices.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Electrical Engineer role.
Desirable:
Experience with naval dockyard electrical systems.
Familiarity with configuration & project management tools.
Proficiency in AMTECH/Trimble Pro Design.
Ability to collaborate in virtual teams.
Understanding of MoD standards and procedures.
