? Work on complex, high-voltage battery validation projects
? Collaborate with global teams and industry leaders
? Stay ahead with emerging battery technologies and regulations
? Contribute to sustainable energy solutions

Develop detailed battery pack test plans based on system requirements, legislation, and risk assessments
Work with internal & external test providers to finalize test schedules and documentation
Lead fault-finding investigations and root cause analysis
Manage risk assessments (DFMEAs) and validation plans
Communicate validation progress to internal & external stakeholders

? 2+ years of high-voltage battery validation experience
? Strong data analysis & root cause resolution skills
? Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
? Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining process discipline
