Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 SME for the Virtual Devices Team following Scaled Agile Framework.
Responsible for running, operating, and developing the AVD and Windows 365 environment.
support and maintain the Windows 365 and Windows Operating System environment and related infra (Intune, GPO, OU, Application Configuration, patching etc.)
knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-skilling the Team comprising of Junior SMEs.
SC clearance is mandatory.
