Create rational and scalable technological designs from functional specifications/user stories, aligned to design principles agreed with stakeholders
Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows
Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business capability
Review and walk through the code of junior team members
Oversee development and deployment of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance
Create thorough and organized unit test & regression test plans and suites
Required Skills and Experience
Expertise in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/GLIDE, jQuery, Angular)
Proven ability to configure and extend ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet business needs
Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW products/modules (GRC, IRM, Integration Hub)
