Contract Author

A Global FS Firm requires a Contract Legal/Contract Author to work within the IT function to Prepare Schedules, including Technical Schedules, for the re-tendering of IT partner services, consolidating suppliers from seven to two under a new TOM.

• Day Rate: £575-£630pd
• IR35 Status: Outside
• Duration: 6 months initially
• Travel: 2 days a week in Central London

This Contract writer will have the following previous experience:

• Worked as a Contract/Legal Writer previously with experience supporting & writing RFPs
• Produced contract schedules for the implementation and ongoing services for technologies to be re-tendered
• Developed contract service descriptions and definitions for the services to be procured from suppliers
• Worked with stakeholders within IT, translating tech vocabulary to produce the contract schedules
• Understands the Supplier side and have the ability to use that knowledge to translate into Contracts, closing loopholes
• Ideally have a background in Bid Writing, Legal or from a Supplier perspective
