ServiceNow/Splunk Implementation Engineer
Whitehall Resources require a ServiceNow/Splunk Implementation Engineer to work with a key client on a 6 month initial contract.
*This role will involve on site work in London, roughly 3 days per week.
*Inside IR35.
ServiceNow/Splunk Implementation Engineer
Role Description:
. Implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module.
. Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow SIR and Splunk Phantom.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
. Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow and Splunk Phantom.
. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow SIR and Splunk Phantom integrations.
. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow, Splunk Phantom, and security incident response.
Qualifications:
. Proven experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module implementation.
. Strong knowledge of Splunk Phantom and its integration capabilities.
. Proficiency in Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response.
. Splunk Phantom Certified Admin or equivalent certification.
