Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Valid state licensure to practice as a chiropractor

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients

Dedication to professional growth and keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care

$75,000 to $100,000 per year based upon experience.

Responsibilities

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week

Schedule may include weekdays, with flexibility for early evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs

The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests, to determine the most appropriate chiropractic treatment plans

Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore proper function

Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote active participation in their own health and wellness

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurse practitioners and massage therapists, to provide integrated care and optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant observations

Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in chiropractic care, attending professional development opportunities and continuing education courses

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional codes of conduct.
