Senior Network Solutions Architect

SODA has partnered with a leading innovator in IT solutions, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Network Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: They are looking for an expert in cloud networking for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a comprehensive understanding of physical data center networks, Software Defined Networking (SDN), SD-WAN, and wireless solutions. As a Senior Network Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network solutions, while also ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability across all network platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural artefacts, including Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), High-Level Designs (HLD), and Business Requirement Documents (BRD), for key programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Take ownership of end-to-end network solutions, collaborating with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, business partners, SMEs, and vendors to ensure the success of the solutions.
• Identify potential solution risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Oversee the technical aspects of solution implementations, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's technologies and network architecture.
• Design and model logical, conceptual, and physical network architectures.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and enterprise architecture governance processes.
• Review and optimize existing program/project architecture to meet IT standards, policies, and future goals.
• Design physical data center, office, and manufacturing network infrastructures with a focus on redundancy, high availability, and fault tolerance.
• Architect and deliver network solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of physical data center networks and industry best practices.
• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) and VMware VeloCloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Network Access Control (NAC) and Cisco ISE.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, including routing, switching, and wireless.
• Expertise in Zero Trust and SASE frameworks.
• Familiarity with network security principles, tools, and best practices.
• Industry certifications such as CCIE, VCDX-NV, or equivalent are preferred.
