The assignment is for the Passenger Information product team for Business Platform Commercial. As a Data Scientist, you will develop and maintain a number of products that are on the Commercial roadmap for the duration of the assignment.

The assignment consists of the following components:

• Expanding our Customer Care LLM chatbot with functionalities to share Real Time insights of flight information, baggage systems, and waiting times with passengers.
• Setting up an API to summarize and categorize video conversations with passengers based on audio files.
• Monitoring and maintaining our LLM chatbot, baggage predictions and security waiting time predictions.

Required experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist within a large (complex) organization, preferably semi-government
• Knowledge of & experience with Python, Git, Machine Learning Frameworks, Generative AI, API Frameworks
• Must be able to communicate in Dutch & English

For this assignment, work is also done at the client location in connection with coordination with relevant stakeholders. Work can also be done from home or another location, preferably in consultation with stakeholders. Preference is given to carrying out the assignment on Monday to Thursday due to stakeholders within the project who are present on these days.

ZZP or BV is allowed, 1 year contract.
