Role: Control-M Architect

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Engagement: FTE or Subcontractor

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

RED Global are partnered with a leading client that are looking for a Control-M Architect to work on an important long term project. The ideal candidate must define strategy, optimize automation, and ensure compliance while collaborating with business and tech teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Control-M Expertise - Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Control-M solutions.
• IT Infrastructure & Automation - Strong understanding of IT operations, automation, and process improvement.
• Monitoring & Observability - Familiarity with tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes.
• DevOps & CI/CD - Experience integrating Control-M with DevOps pipelines and automating workflows.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Ability to align Control-M strategy with business needs and liaise with vendors.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance - Ensuring Control-M aligns with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the Control-M strategy & roadmap (1-3 years).
• Act as the main liaison with the Control-M vendor to ensure business needs are met.
• Collaborate with teams to gather & refine requirements.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
• Enable self-service capabilities for end-users.
• Ensure cybersecurity & compliance within the Control-M environment.
