We're looking for an Business analyst in digital marketing to optimize product adoption through web and app channels. The focus of this role is to enhance cross-sell performance, personalize the digital experience, and increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Developing cross-buy strategies to increase product usage, analysing customer behavior to identify upsell opportunities, optimizing digital journeys using data and A/B testing, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer journey optimization, strong analytical and project management skills, and hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO. Experience with customer journey mapping is also expected.

You are proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused. You enjoy working across disciplines, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others.
Conditions:
36-hour workweek, hybrid setup with office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and availability to start as soon as possible.
