Conexus are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical client, that are searching for a Senior BI Engineer, with strong experience with Databricks, to join them on a permanent basis near Zurich.

As a Senior BI Engineer, you'll take the lead on exciting BI implementation projects, shaping the new BI planning and reporting platform using the latest technologies. You'll work closely with business and IT teams, analysing requirements, designing sustainable solutions, and delivering real value to the company.

• Lead BI implementation projects across multiple business units.
• Develop & optimise the new BI platform using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into smart BI solutions.
• Design robust, scalable BI solutions that drive real business impact.
• Take ownership & be a thought leader in the BI space.

• 7-8+ years of Business Intelligence experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in cloud-based Lakehouse solutions (Databricks
• Proficiency in Python (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP BW (ABAP is a plus).
• Analytical mindset & results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English
