Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Engineer Expert to lead the implementation of an application for automating document template creation and dispatch in the ECM sector. The role involves analysing business requirements, designing solutions, collaborating with architects and developers, and ensuring successful feature implementation using agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum). You will also work on GUI prototyping with UX/UI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis and solution design
Develop concepts and technical solutions
Collaborate with teams to implement features
Conduct testing, documentation, and feature approval
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Business Engineering, ideally in ECM/document management
Strong conceptual, analytical, and creative skills
Experience with agile project methodologies (preferably SAFe)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
