ServiceNow Admin/Developer/Architect (Fluent in Portuguese and English)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a remote project team for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution

• Ensure solutions are delivered according to best practices and platform standards

• Work closely with global stakeholders in a bilingual environment

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow development tools

• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules

• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Developer Certification (CAD)

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
