Ground Systems Engineer - Virginia USA

1 year initial contract (1 year renewals Dependent on project scope)

Occasional travel on site across 2 sites in Virginia, willingness to travel internationally as per needs of the project

Daily Rate - flexible based on experience level and seniority

We are currently looking for a senior and highly skilled Satellite Ground Systems Engineer to lead the implementation, testing and execution of MEO Satellite Stations across the globe.

The role requires hands on experience and expertise with Radio Frequency and Satellite communications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan site facility infrastructure as well as IT infrastructure where needed
• Transmission analysis, design drawing
• Generate requests for proposal documents
• Participate in and lead ground system integration, testing and operational validation
• Design and deliver technical project documentation
