You will be responsible for providing in-depth technical support and become a trusted advisor for the planning, delivery, implementation and on-going support of HPC and AI technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. Duties - Perform a technical leadership role within a dedicated team to deliver support on advanced HPC & AI hardware and software technologies. Maintain meticulous records of planned maintenance actions and outcomes within the case management systems.
