Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Analyse client global trade processes and configure SAP GTS modules, including compliance management, customs management, and risk management, to meet their specific needs. Customise where necessary to optimise performance. Ensure smooth integration of SAP GTS with other SAP modules (eg, SD, MM, FI) and third-party systems. Address and resolve any integration issues to ensure efficient system operation. Develop and deliver comprehensive training for end-users and client teams. Create detailed documentation to support solution implementation and ongoing system maintenance. Keep up-to-date with global trade regulations and SAP GTS innovations. Proactively suggest system improvements and optimisation's to help clients maintain compliance and improve processes. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP GTS Consultant within a consultancy environment. Proven experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle SAP GTS implementations within a consultancy setting. Deep understanding of SAP GTS modules, including customs management, compliance management, and risk management. Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and customs procedures. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex SAP GTS projects and deliver them on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex global trade processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP GTS certification is highly desirable. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
