About the Role: As a CMDB Architect, you will be responsible for: Designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise CMDB, primarily focused on BMC CMDB. Integrating the CMDB with our ITSM solution (ServiceNow) and other components. Ensuring seamless interoperability and integration with DevOps tooling. Collaborating with the scrum master on detailed planning and analysis. Creating use-cases, test-cases, and documentation. Building out and testing the new CMDB environment. Taking the new system into production. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a senior CMDB Administrator/expert. Strong design and architecture skills. Expertise in BMC CMDB and Atrium CMDB. In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and Enterprise Service Management. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB. AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud Proficiency in DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Kubernetes). Operating systems knowledge (Linux, Windows). Shell Scripting (ksh, bash, PowerShell) and interpreted programming languages (Python). Fluency in English. EU citizenship. Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. The successful candidate will have responsibility for technical and functional architecture of ServiceNow solutions; being involved from the initial scoping, through design, and onto overseeing delivery. You will need to have strong understanding of how the ServiceNow fits into the wider business, ideally with appreciation of the service offerings above and beyond ITSM, including CSM, ITOM and SPM. This role will sit across both the Professional Services implementation team as well as the Managed Services practice, so experience and knowledge of both is key.
